Poseidon's Trident - Osceola County Mass Casualty Full-Scale Ex.
In March of 2016 APC in consultation with the Florida Department of Health in Osceola County executed a countywide Full-Scale Exercise to test current plans and protocols regarding an active shooter and contamination of the water system.
APC utilized over 250 volunteer victims and exercised a variety of functional areas. Examples of exercise agencies are below:

Operation Buzz Off
In July of 2016, APC and RLKing Training in consultation with the Department of Health in Osceola County held a state mandated tabletop exercise aimed at educating and preparing staff about mosquito-born illnesses such as Zika. The Exercise covered multiple Core Capabilities to include:

Brevard County All-Hazards Preparedness Campaign
In the spring of 2016, APC in consultation with Brevard County Emergency Management developed the Brevard County All-Hazards Preparedness Campaign. The project served as a public awareness campaign and introduced the “What Would You Do…?” concept through a variety of preparedness activities that included:

Osceola County 2016 Special Needs Shelter Full-Scale Exercise
In June of 2016 APC in consultation with the Florida Department of Health in Osceola County executed a Special Needs Shelter Full-Scale Exercise to test current plans and protocols regarding the establishment, staffing, and equipping of emergency shelters for individuals with special and access/functional needs during a hurricane event. Some specific tasks completed include:

City of Cocoa Preparedness Exercise
In July of 2016, APC in consultation with the City of Cocoa Fire Department executed a Tabletop Exercise to allow the City of Cocoa to discuss current preparedness, response and recovery protocols, plans, and procedures involving a hurricane event. Specific Modules consisted of:

Miami-Dade Online Training Campaign
From September 2016 until March 2017 APC and Blue Skies Professional Services worked in conjunction with Miami-Dade Office of Emergency Management to develop The Miami-Dade Online Training Campaign. This project consisted of developing high quality online, video, and classroom courses to train and educate volunteers, Miami-Dade County Disaster Assistance Employees, and stakeholders on processes to support disaster response and recovery activities that include the following topics/areas:
